SPECIAL ORDERS & RETURN POLICY •   All special orders require a minimum of 50% down payment, the balance will be due once the item arrives at The Bridal Shoppe. Our procedures necessitate that this policy be strictly enforced with no exceptions. (This includes all gowns, jewelry, accessories, etc) •   Please understand that purchases of any dresses from any manufacturer of Wedding and Bridal Gowns; Mother of the Bride; Special Occasion Dresses; Bridesmaid; Prom & Evening; and Special Made Dresses are final. We regret that we can not permit exchanges or refunds on these items. •   There are no refunds on special orders and no returns are accepted unless there is a manufacturer’s defect present. •   All tuxedo orders also require a 50% down payment with the balance due upon receipt of.   SHIPPING SERVICES We charge a $15 flat fee for shipping and handling on any prom, bridesmaid, flower girl or evening gown orders for all United States Postal Ground deliveries within the contiguous 48 lower United States. We utilize United States Postal for most deliveries. Click here for United States Postal Tracking.  All Bridal Gowns will be charged a $25 flat fee. International shipping charges vary please contact The Bridal Shoppe for quote. All other non-US locations incur international shipping charges.  Express delivery takes 4-5 days and costs $35 extra.
